# StockMed Terms of Service & B2B Commercial Compliance

> Terms of Service and statutory regulatory compliance requirements governing the use of StockMed Technologies Private Limited platform.

## Regulatory Framework & Drug Licensing
- **Mandatory Licensing**: Retail chemist accounts must maintain valid Form 20/21 retail drug licenses. Wholesale distributor accounts must maintain valid Form 20B/21B wholesale drug licenses.
- **Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940**: Transactions involving Schedule H, H1, and X drugs are restricted strictly to verified licensed entities.

## B2B Commercial Orders
- **Order Acceptance**: Wholesalers fulfill shortage items at their discretion based on physical inventory availability.
- **GST Invoicing**: All deliveries are invoiced directly by fulfilling wholesale stockists with statutory GST tax invoices.
- **Direct Settlement**: Commercial payment terms, credit limits, and discounts are settled directly between retailers and their distributors.

## Account Security
- Users are responsible for maintaining counter PIN security and terminal access controls.

## Jurisdiction
- Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
